1. Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality conference. However, if you are not able to attend, you can cancel the registration and we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below:

  • Cancellation fee is 25% of the total amount paid, if cancelled on or before 15/04/2026. 

  • No refund if cancellation is done after 15/04/2026


2. How to Request a Refund

Please write to us at contact@wifi-ks.org with the subject line “Refund Request - [Your Order ID]”, mentioning

  • Your full name

  • Registered email ID

  • Subscription details

  • Reason for the refund request

All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
